The Z/28 proved that you can make a boat corner with the right brakes, tires, and torque figures. Hopefully SRT won’t just make some cosmetic package for the 392 due to how successful the ‘Maro reviewed and with so much hype over the current GT350 and GT350R. Side exits...I can go either way on them.

I’ll be honest though, if we got Mopar sorted wheels, tires, brakes, and suspension components, I bet we would see a lot of tuners setting up Hellcats with the T/A components. AttacKats incoming.

Speaking of El Gato de Infierno, I saw my first Charger Hellcat! I’ve seen at least four Challengers in my city (which is quite a bit since we don’t have exotic cars, so the new Z06 is like 40% of the C7s I see). I’m far more excited to see that the sedan is being purchased. It was white with a red roof, which caught my attention more than anything else since I thought they were starting to pull a General Maintenance Appearance Pack.

I still can’t believe how great the Viper front end works on the big sedan.

I really think Dodge should use this styling on all their cars and let ram keep the “Crosshairs” in the grill. I would buy a Dart with the SRT front clip.

That Dart looks good.

There’s not enough room for real tires on the Challenger... Need fenders or complete suspension change. 255/295 is about as big as it can go - leagues behind the 305s on the Z28. Also getting the weight down almost 400lbs will be...difficult. No way they put in all the R&D required to do this.

The new Alpha platform Z28 should pretty much destroy the Mustang, let alone any Challenger competition.
